Elizabeth is the heart behind She Cultivates—a speaker, event host, and podcast creator passionate about helping women build meaningful friendships and feel truly seen. Through honest conversations and intentional gatherings, she creates spaces for women to connect, grow, and belong.
Niyeliza Rivera
As the Admin & Logistics Lead at She Cultivates, Niyeliza plays a vital role in making sure every detail behind the scenes runs smoothly—so women can fully experience connection, growth, and community.
As a wife and mom of boys, she knows how easy it is to pour into others and forget the importance of meaningful friendships. That’s why she’s passionate about creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and uplifted. A DIY enthusiast and event planner at heart, you’ll often find her at events with a coffee in hand, mingling, laughing, and making everyone feel right at home.
Ashley Crispin
Ashley is passionate about helping women grow, connect, and feel truly seen. As the Ambassadors Lead at She Cultivates, she plays a key role in creating warm, welcoming spaces where friendships thrive and mental wellness is valued. Whether she’s behind the scenes or greeting you at the door, Ashley is dedicated to making every event feel intentional, uplifting, and seamless.
Stephanie Marcelin
As the Operations Lead at She Cultivates, I’m passionate about creating meaningful spaces where women can connect, grow, and feel truly seen. I believe friendship and personal growth go hand in hand—and I’m here to help make every event feel intentional, welcoming, and impactful.
Whether I’m setting up, hosting, or jumping in wherever needed, I’m honored to be part of your journey. Outside of She Cultivates, I’m a wife to my best friend Jun and a mama to our sweet daughter, Reign Jolie. I love all things home decor, writing, family time, travel, musicals, and good coffee.
WHY WE CREATED SHE CULTIVATES
We get it—making friends as an adult is not as easy as it was back in school. That's why, at the end of 2022, a group of us came together with a simple idea: create a space where women in Orlando can build genuine friendships.
Our first event, a Vision Board party in January 2023, was just the beginning. Since then, we've hosted workshops, craft nights, dance classes, panel discussions, and friendship socials. All with the purpose of bringing together hundreds of women who have formed meaningful connections.
We're a diverse group of women, passionate about fostering a community where you can truly belong.
We believe friendship is one of life's most rewarding experiences. We want our community to be a place where you can safely connect with other women and feel loved.
In a world that often portrays women as competitive, dramatic, and spiteful, we aim to cultivate genuine, supportive relationships that aren’t transactional.
Our goal is to provide a loving space where you can connect, grow, and find a community that understands the transformative power of healthy friendships. A community that uplifts you and knows there’s enough space for all of us.
